DoggyBagCrew association was created in 2016 as a result of a trip in Greece which lasted many months. The amount of abandoned, injured and dead animals that can be found on the side of the road of cities or towns is what motivated us the most. DoggyBagCrew was born with the main goal of helping as many animals as possible.

Today, the association travels to Greece twice a year by van to deliver a tonne of food and donations, simultaneously assisting financially and physically other support groups that they collaborate with on site. The association does not receive any governmental funding and relies solely on donations from volunteers which puts them on a difficult financial situation. DoggyBagCrew regularly covers their veterinary costs.

In order to continue fighting towards their goal of protect animals of all species along with the defence of animal rights in Greece, DoggyBagCrew is dedicated to carry out different types of actions:

• On site assistance to animals that have been abused, abandoned or in a situation of distress.
• Assist animals suffering from physical, emotional or psychological abuse.
• Help finding homes for rescued animals and monitor their progress.
• Promote communication, actions and awareness about animal rights defence, veganism and anti-speciesism.
