Margo is Elinor’s sister.

They were living in the same spot, which proved to be very dangerous, since both Margo and Elinor, have been hit by a car more than once.

Specifically for Margo, the third time we found her injured, we decided to take her from the streets so, she is currently staying at boarding kennels.

She has since been waiting for the person that will see how special she is and that will give her a life different from the one she’s used to.

Personal Info & Behaviour:

Margo was born in early 2016 and is around 25 kilos.

She is a very happy girl that loves everyone and everything.

She is very sociable both with humans and animals and coexists with them perfectly.

She is also very good on the lead and never pulls.

She is an adorable dog that deserves a forever cuddle!

Elinor is a dog that we know of and care for on her spot for a while. On the 4th of July 2019, we were notified that she had possibly been hit by a car again, but this time she was in a terrible condition, as you can see in the photos in her album.

One of our volunteers rushed her to the veterinary clinic. You can gather from the images the shock that everyone experienced seeing her like this. The blow had scalped her and her skin was hanging above her eye. The doctors immediately attempted to bring her skin back and succeeded perfectly. Fortunately, she had no necrosis and the scar healed fully!!!

As you can understand we could not release her back to the spot where she had been hit by a car twice. We had to keep her safe and thus she was transferred to a dog hotel until she finds her forever home.

We estimate that she was born the beginning of 2016 and she weighs around 30-35 kgs. Elinor has a very gentle and friendly disposition!

She needs a bit of time and she may not approach first, but once she feels safe, she will give cuddles and kisses generously! We should not forget that most of the animals we save have known a very cruel side of life, and so has our Elinor. Fortunately the only baggage left is that she raises her lip when stroked on the head, right where she was hit. She makes this funny face, like she wants to show her teeth, but is probably an automatic response, maybe an affected nerve.

It can be intimidating if you are not familiar with her, but once you get to know her it becomes her sweetest trait.

She is the kind of girl that if you gain her trust, you won’t regret it!

She is very friendly with other dogs and she retains her sweet demeanor when living with them. She is very good with the leash and she always walks besides you.

Dex appeared on the desolate mountain of Aspropyrgos sometime in 2018 and joined the pack of dogs we take care of there.
For a while he was in danger because a shepherd in the area was making threats on his life. This affected Dex quite badly at the time as he was scared and depressed, not wanting to come out of the abandoned building. Happily, his life is no longer threatened and he has recovered really well to be a happy, confident dog, ready for his new family. But unfortunately he remains at the dogs hotel waiting.
Dex would love to find a warm home and loving family soon!

Dex was probably born sometime in 2015 and weighs about 25kg. He is now a really happy, social and confident dog. He gets on really well with all the dogs. He immediately integrated into the pack perfectly, without any difficulty.
He also loves people, and is very affectionate with them. He has never shown any aggressive behaviour to people. He wants to please humans, and is biddable and obedient. He is very smart and good on a leash.
In general, he is an easy-going sweet dog.

If you are interested in Dex, please contact us!

PS: Dex never showed aggressive behavior to other dogs by himself. But IF another dog attacks to a dog he will join and bite.
